DealerKit is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive sales, onboarding and customer retention for our market-leading automotive business management SaaS (software as a service) product.

Responsibilities and Goals
- Drive leads to the business via networking and partner relationships.
- Pitch our software platform to leads and convert them to customers (both in-person and remotely).
- Perform initial customer onboarding/training sessions both in-person and remotely to get them started with DealerKit DMS on the right foot.
- Provide a first-class onboarding experience by checking in with customers in ‘hyper care’ after they initially onboard.
- Perform customer revisits to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services, and educate them on how they could be further utilising our services to improve their businesses.
- Educate and empower customers on how to improve their processes to become more efficient.
- Become an expert on DealerKit’s features and capabilities.
- Ask about, listen to and understand our customers’ challenges and further our customer feedback loop to allow us to improve our products and services through customer feedback and ideas.
- Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate internal channel.
- Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty by providing amazing, personal customer support.
Must have skills
- 3 years+ sales experience in an independent dealership or experience running your own dealership.
- Ability to solve problems logically and critically.
- Demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work well on your own as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good with apps and on the internet (e.g. installing a new app is nothing new to you, and the first place you turn to research something is a search engine).
